氣動(dòng)式包裝機，采用觸摸屏操作，中英文顯示，稱(chēng)重過(guò)程是自動(dòng)的，只有縫袋時(shí)需要人工輔助一下即可，配有帶式輸送機、雙線(xiàn)縫袋機、薄膜封口機、空氣壓縮機。

與物料接觸部件采用SUS304不銹鋼材質(zhì)，測重傳感器采用瑞士METTLER TOLEDO(梅特勒-托利多)品牌，氣動(dòng)元件采用日本SMC品牌，配置高，質(zhì)量穩，稱(chēng)重準。

-具有超差報警、出錯提示、日志存儲、U盤(pán)下載等功能。

-適合各種具備自流狀態(tài)的顆粒物料、100目以?xún)鹊募毶愁?lèi)型物料。

-粉狀物料采用伺服電機控制螺旋送料方式進(jìn)行稱(chēng)重。

-包裝機料倉配有上下料位感應裝置，與其他設備形成互鎖。

-可與二維掃碼系統、防偽系統、追溯系統配套對接。

-預留除塵管道接口。

1.它由稱(chēng)重控制器、氣動(dòng)元件、稱(chēng)重傳感器、皮帶輸送機、縫袋機、薄膜熱封機、空氣壓縮機組成。

2. 包裝機的工作原理：在稱(chēng)重控制器上設定所需重量，電腦會(huì )發(fā)出指令自動(dòng)稱(chēng)重，人工把袋子裝好，氣缸接著(zhù)會(huì )把袋子夾住，稱(chēng)好的物料投入袋中，氣缸松開(kāi)袋子，此時(shí)，皮帶輸送機會(huì )把袋子送入縫包機，封口后噴碼打印生產(chǎn)日期等信息。

3. 稱(chēng)重速度快，測量精度高，抗干擾能力強，穩定性好，具有自動(dòng)糾錯功能

技術(shù)參數

1. It consists of weighing controller, pneumatic element, weighing sensor, belt conveyor, sewing bag machine, film heat sealing machine and air compressor.

2. Working principle of the packing machine: set the required weight on the weighing controller, the computer will automatically send out the weighing instruction, manually load the bag, and then the cylinder will clamp the bag, put the weighed material into the bag, and the cylinder will release the bag. At this time, the belt machine will send the bag to the sewing machine, and print the production date and other information after sealing.
